Date of Birth: October 16, 1963

Biography:

Auburn: The family of Marc David Bilodeau shares the news of his passing January 24, 2026, following a very courageous but brief battle with a brain tumor. Marc was born in Lewiston on October 16, 1963, to Gerard and Alice (Caron) Bilodeau, the youngest of 8 children. Upon graduation from Edward Little H.S. he joined the U.S. Marine Corps. Marc was always very proud of his 4 years of service to his country. He returned to civilian life in Maine where he would work for 30 years at Bell Manufacturing.

He was employed at Auburn Manufacturing at the time of his death. Marc was the proud owner of the family home “The Farm” where the entire family had been raised. He especially enjoyed gardening and had a large vegetable garden every year, planting lots of tomatoes and peppers.
Harvest time would find Marc making homemade salsa and spaghetti sauce. He was an avid fan of all the New England pro-sports teams and
kept in the know listening to talk radio.

He was predeceased by his parents, brother Maurice and his wife Kathleen Bilodeau; sister Elaine and her husband Albert McKeone; brothers-in-law
Harold (Budge) Blaisdell and Gerald Lebrun.

He is survived by two brothers: Rene and wife Irene, Roger and wife Joline all of Auburn; three sisters: Rachel Blaisdell of Dixfield, Theresa Lebrun of Minot and Susan Fahey of Willsboro, NY; a nephew who was like a little brother to him David McKeone and many other nieces and nephews. Left behind are also special friends Frank and Andrea Hinxman and Donnie Bradman.

In keeping with Marc’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be in the spring in the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in
Augusta, ME.

Donations in Marc’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, a charity that
was very dear to Marc or to Andwell Health Partners (Hospice) Attn: Development Office 15 Strawberry Ave., Lewiston, ME 04240.
