I do not know whether anyone will read this note of condolence but I have to write something, even though it is too late. Toby, you were wonderful and smart and sensible and the voice of reason when I was trying to find my way. You showed me love and kindness and caring. I will never forget you.
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Ted, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
