Our sincerest condolences to you and family. Linny and your mother were in our wedding and was a schoolmate at RiversCountry Day. We had many good times together and although he was a year behind us we buddied around together with Dan Wilkinson and Tim Ellis. I knew the whole family including your Grandparents and Ma Heath.
I m sorry to say I lost track of your father some time after our wedding in 1962.
Our best to your mother and wish you well.He was a great guy and enjoyed his company.

I was in my first season as director of Friends of Fort Knox when I met Lin and his daughter, Betsy on a visit to see the cannons (in specific the 2 15" Rodman cannon) around his birthday. I was very moved by his tale of being asked as Thomas Rodman's direct descendent to unveil a plaque at Rodman Laboratory when he was just a teenager. In the past three years, I've probably told that tale a hundred times to the thousands of visitors looking at the same Rodman cannons. I felt an immediate connection that will last beyond his passing. I was a teenager living in Wiscasset around where Lin had written several chapters of his rich life. I intend to keep telling the story Lin told me so that he may live on in the memory of many, connecting the past and the present.
