October 29, 2021 | Kenneth Hunziker - Knox City, Missouri -- United States

Dear Elizabeth,
I am your relative from Knox City, Missouri. Your mother was my father, Bill Hunziker's, first cousin. (Bill's father, Herb, was one of Claribel's brothers.) Sadly, my father passed away in May from complications following a surgery. He was 98 and in fairly good health with a great mind, still. He and his other first cousin, Mary Enid, kept in touch. It was Mary Enid who told us about your mother's passing. From her obit it sounds like she was a wonderful, loving and interesting person. It must run in the family because my father was the same. My wife, Lois, and I send you our condolences on your loss. Sincerely, Kenny Hunziker

February 10, 2021 | Christine Simonson, Willow Grove neighbor - Brunswick, Maine -- United States

I extend deepest sympathy to Clif and Elizabeth on Su's passing. Su and Clif were caring, participating neighbors in our Willow Grove community. Su joined the Committee on Recycling and the Environment, generously sharing her knowledge of nature and birds, often adding cookies to our meetings. She was smart and clever, with a mischievous smile, and is very much missed by all who knew her. Best wishes to her family and friends for holding warm memories of an extraordinary person.

February 3, 2021 | Thomas A. Keller, III - St. Paul, MN -- US

Dear Clif,
This sad news was sent to me in Su’s Obituary forwarded by Gary Gilson.
Please accept my deepest sympathy.
Because of the trajectory of our lives I never had the chance to get to know Su well. But it was evident that she was a perfect fit for you. I loved her for that.
I remember vividly staying at your family home the night before your wedding. And my visit to San Diego and to Brunswick with my daughter. And watching Elizabeth dance Sugar Plum. Glorious! All those experiences in which Su had a hand.
I do hope this finds you well and safe.
Sincerely,
Tom Keller

January 31, 2021 | Bob & Tommi Adelizzi - San Diego, CA -- USA

Robert (Bob) and Thomasina (Tommi) fondly remember
Clif and Su joining us as "young marrieds" with the two
Dartmouth husband classmates, who would tell tales regarding their all male collegiate education. What fun we had as Clif
was a Professor at San Diego State University and Bob was
finishing Law School while a Captain in the Marine Corps.
We stayed in touch through the years and continued to hear from Su, who delightfully wrote of their wonderful experiences.

January 28, 2021 | ruth Horwitch - Freeport, ME -- united states

Su was my next door neighbor for almost 30 years. She was such a special lady and I will miss her very much. I loved to see her on my road watching birds with her binoculars. She sure was a nature lover and our road had plenty of that for her to enjoy!

January 26, 2021 | Bridget M Condon - Brunswick, ME -- United States

My sincere condolences to Clif and Elizabeth. I knew Su as a neighbor in Willow Grove. She was a delightful woman who always had a smile for everyone when she was on her daily walks. She will certainly be missed within this community.
