Lorraine was an amazing women, spit-fire to say the least! Loved her stories and she always had one. It was a great pleasure to work with Lorraine at the retirement system. I was blessed to see her smile when she came to the office for a visit. Lorraine, you will be thought of fondly and missed greatly.

My best friend, Lorna Pelkey, and Lorraine have been friends for many years. I visit Lorna in Augusta a couple times a year. Lorna took me to meet her gal-pals at their weekly dinner meet at Lisa's whenever I visited. I loved Lorraine the moment I met her - kind, generous, gregarious, and funny as anyone I've ever met! She made me feel like I was 'one of the gang'. I always looked forward to meeting up with the gals and will truly miss Lorraine's big, fun presence! Sympathies, love and blessings from NC.
