What a delight it was to spend time with Luc as a kid while he played an important role as my scout leader, neighbor and mentor; and as an adult with him on some MSC 160 initiatives. He always had an easy-going nature, was a thoughtful leader and made sure all voices were heard. He was always trying to make sure people remembered to smile and enjoy life. He was a true scout. My thoughts are with the family during this time of grief. He will be missed by many!

Spent many years in Scouts with Luc. WE both did Woodbadge together in different patrols Luc was a super scout leader and no one was betterat leader at a campfire

I met Luc through geocaching. What a great number, quality and style of geocaching he presented to our Lewiston/Auburn and surrounding areas. I lived there and found as many of his as they would allow. Some were too hard! I also found some in down east Maine where his scouting ventures took him and the kids. So sorry for his family and geocaching family to have this loss. Long love memories of Luc’s early caches and many a group on their hands and knees on the field behind Holy Family Church. Thanks for all you did for our crazy hobby.

I grew up with Luc as a huge influence in my youth as Scout Master of Troop 160 in Lewiston. He helped many boys become the men they are today while learning skills and having a ton of fun doing it. From his Dr. Demento songs, canoe sledding, campfire stories and wise-cracking jokes he was such an overall great person to have in your life! Even when his time with the troop had come to an end, he continued being a positive influence to many more youth through his work with the T160 Memorial Scout Camp and with many other scouting units throughout New England. We’re so sad to hear of his passing and sending our hearts out to his family And many friends. He will certainly be missed by a great many people!

I can't express how saddened I was to learn of Luc's passing. He was a huge part of our cable family here in NNE, and I'm sorry that I won't be able to see his smile again. May he be remembered for the amazing man he was, and I do hope your family are able to find some peace and are comforted by all the outpourings of love for Luc. My heartfelt condolences.
