It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Marie Moreau Berry on August, 30 2026, who departed peacefully at the age of 80. Born on May 29, 1946, Patricia was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend.
She is survived by her son Wilbur Ambrose, and his wife Brenda, her daughter Tammyjean Akerley, and her cherished siblings: Barbara Moreau, Robert and Rose Moreau, Bertrand Moreau and his wife Deborah, Daniel and Louise Moreau, and Richard and Paula Moreau. Patricia’s family also includes numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren, with special mentions of Jackie Farrell and Chris Gendron.
An important pillar in Patricia’s life was her aunt, Doris Saltis, who lovingly cared for her over the past 18 months. Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Elmer Berry, her parents Romeo and Liane Moreau, her sister-in-law, Sue Moreau, and her oldest brother, Maurice Moreau.
Funeral arrangements are being arranged by Funeral Alternatives. As we remember Patricia, we celebrate her nurturing spirit and the love she shared with all who knew her.
There will be a visitation on Monday September 14th from 9:30-11:30 AM at Funeral Alternatives on 25 Tampa St. Lewiston, ME with a burial to follow at 1PM at Maine Veterans Cemetery 163 Mt Vernon Rd Augusta, ME.
