Biography:

Carolyn June Hall—Yarmouth--Carolyn June Hall passed away peacefully on March 1, 2021 after a six month battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born September 24, 1952 in Oneonta, NY to William S. and Esther J. Hall. Carolyn attended Pioneer Valley Academy and graduated from Yarmouth High School. She also attended Atlantic Union College and graduated from Phoenix University. Carolyn became a paramedic in 1991. She was a member of the Yarmouth Rescue Unit from 1982-1998 and was Chief of the Unit from 1988-1995. Carolyn previously worked for Maine EMS as an office administrator, instructor, and test administrator. She worked for MaineHealth in several practice managerial positions which led to her interest in electronic medical records and a position as Epic Project Manager at MaineHealth. Carolyn was an avid reader. She was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. She had a great sense of humor. She had a love of music, dancing, and singing, and for a short time worked as a karaoke host in Florida. She enjoyed winter getaways to Florida. Carolyn loved family time and was often the organizer and chief cook for Thanksgiving dinners that included four generations. Carolyn was predeceased by her father and sister, Joan Hall. She is survived by her mother, her partner of 24 years, Mark Hodgkins, her son, Brian Hall and his daughter Piper, son Reece Hall, sister Barbara (Joe) Pires, brothers, David (Jennifer) Hall, Donald (Bambi) Hall, Douglas (Claudette) Hall and William Hall, niece Nicole Hall whose children Jaycee, Travis, Lilly and Calvin adopted Carolyn as their "Mimi", niece Rebecca Grover, who she raised from ages 9-13. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews along with Mark's family including stepdaughter Kaylee Acker. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be at a later date.
