Biography:
SABATTUS- Doris
Crowell, 83, of Sabattus, passed peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 18th,
2012 with her loved ones by her side.
She was born
Doris Wade in Norridgewock Jan 19th, 1929 to parents Ernest and
Georgia (Tibbetts) Wade.
She married
Edward S. Crowell of Winslow.
Doris was
predeceased by her parents, her husband Edward, and a daughter, Cynthia Dufour.
She is survived
by eight children, Cheryl and Brian Harper, Colleen and Pat Lebel, Clover and
Scott Hanson, Wade and Nancy Keith, Shirley and Richard Pinard, Michael
Crowell, Marie and David Hinkley, and Jeannie and Bert Deschaine; 17
grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of
life will be held at the Community Free Baptist Church, 9
Main Street Sabattus, ME on
Wednesday, Oct. 24th, 2012 at 11am.
