I was happy to know Ruth. She was a great friend and neighbor to my sister Cathy. And my father so enjoyed her when she came over to Cathy's when she knew he was there. She was certainly an amazing woman who didn't let her disabilities stand in the way off anything she wanted to do. RIP Ruth.

To the family of Ruth: We were neighbors of Ruth and Merritt for 25 years, at 30 Hillcrest. Ruth brings fond memories to mind. I always appreciated her garden surplus and amazed at all she could do. And she and Merritt were always so tolerant of our two golden retrievers, giving them treats, and putting up with their messes. They both (Lady and Sadie) always made a trek to visit them. Such a lovely woman. She will be missed by you all.
