I’m so sad to hear this news, Penny will be deeply missed. I was fortunate enough to meet her last summer and spend time with her. She had the best sense of humor and laugh. And yes her stubbornness. She will be deeply missed. My condolences to her boys and their families. She adored them all and expressed that every chance she got. I had the pleasure of hearing all her stories about them! She was definitely a fighter and a strong woman. May she Rest In Peace. ❤️
