I am sad to learn of this. Dale was such a nice man, very kind, pleasant and patient. I had the pleasure of having him as a customer at US Cellular and he would always put a smile on the faces of employees. One of the friendliest people I have ever assisted in the 16 years I did customer service. Rest in Peace Dale. My condolences to his Family and to Lou also.
