I am deeply saddened to hear of this tremendous loss. Edith was such a very pleasant lady, and I am very fortunate to have worked with her. I will miss Edith tremendously. She was such a lovely lady. I will never forget the stories she would tell to myself and "Rachel Ray" haha! Rest in peace Edith, you will be forever missed.

Edith was a very special lady. And a lady she always was. One of the best bakers I ever met. Enjoyed when I used to visit them and the rest of the family at their house.
