November 13, 2019 | Jacqueline M. Camire - Lewiston , Mane -- USA

It is with sadness that I write these words for such a beautiful person. She was my neighbor on Jean Street, Lewiston and my very best friend. Such great times and memories I have. I am so sorry Joey that you’ve lost your Mom. You n Mike were such good friends to my kids Carol, Gary and Rodney. Carol and I have reminisced quite a bit since we found out about your Mom and the friendship you n Mike had with the kids. Many, so many visits, laughs and pranks you all pulled while living so close to our home. I’ve treasured those times Joey and I’m sorry u live so far away. Maurice died 10 years ago this December 2010 from Early -Onset Alzheimer’s at age 59 for a period of 7 years. He died at age 64 and I truly understand the agony of their not being able to know the family. Prayers n hugs to all of you during this difficult time. Being a caregiver is excruciating and traumatic and like they say......it is a long goodbye. She is at peace with her 👼 Angels and at rest. 🌹🙏🏼🌹

Frank and family,
So very sorry for your loss. Pat was always a joy to be around and will be missed. Please know you are in my thoughts during this time.

I will always remember the sweet giving person Pat Slinger was. My favorite memory of her is a time when Frank and Pat came through North Carolina in the fall and she was amazed at our large pine trees and we spent the last 10 minutes of their visit picking up pine cones for her to use in the making of Christmas Crafts. Then one Christmas just for a smile I sent her a box of nothing but pine cones from the front yard. She lovely made a beautiful shadow box in memory of my husband Rick. Frank and Pat also made the trip all the way from Maine to be there to give me support at Rick interment and service at Arlington National Cemetery. I was blessed to visit them both in their home in Brunswick, Maine at the Special Projects reunion. She was a sweet and loving person and I know she has left a big void in many hearts. I was blessed to know her. God Bless and comfort the family.
