Ms. Roman was one of my most memorable elementary school teachers. She is responsible for many memories, many little truths. I can picture her truthfully telling us "remember, being cold doesn't give you a cold". I remember excelling in her class at geography due to her encouragement and support. There was a time where I could identify every country in the world on a map (and I can truly thank her for my love of maps & a knowledge of geography that many of my peers do not possess). She was a strong woman and mentor, and surely Earth lost a special soul. Best wishes to her family.
