Our deepest condolences to Sara's family. We considered Harold and Sara to be dear friends and an example of what true love can be. I had the privilege of spending time with them both in their home gathering Harold's incredible battle history with Darby's Rangers for his inclusion on the WW11 Memorial in Washington, D.C. Christa and I provided the music for Sara's installation as Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. They were deeply committed to their church and faith and they are finally re-united with their Savior. God bless and rest in piece Sara. Don and Christa

Sending my condolences to all of Sara’s family. I never met you, but she spoke of you with pride. I worked with her at Dr. Munier’s office at my first dental hygiene job. She was a lovely woman and even though she didn’t suffer fools gladly, she put up with us very early twenty-somethings and quietly tried to impart some of her wisdom to us. She definitely made an impression because I have used her advice and tips over the years.
When I got engaged she had a lovely meal for all of us from the office and gave me 2 oak chairs that she had refinished herself, which I am still using 41 years later. Speaking of chairs, she was the only person I knew who fell over in a supposedly untippable 5-wheeled office chair. No injury, so it was just funny.
She was a true salt of the earth woman in the very best sense of the term. I hope your memories bring you comfort.
