Such a wonderful tribute to Ercil. I will always remember our first meeting many years ago. As I stepped into her kitchen and made myself at home (I was making lunch!). Ercil was standing in the doorway smiling. - 'What are you smiling about??' I asked - 'You are just like your mother (Joan Dumais Riedinger), making yourself at home!' I grew to know and love Ercil from then on, enjoying our annual summer lunch and theater date with my mom, Pam and Kay. She is now is God's hands having lived an amazing and full life!

I will never forget, many years ago, spending a few days at Ercil's favorite place deep in the woods along the railroad tracks up in Jackman, Maine. One of my favorite cousins Ercil will surely be missed. RIP.

Bill, this was a beautiful tribute to Ercil. I noticed I am the only person that has left words and I am sure its only because I found it. I will miss her and grateful I was her classmate and friend.
