Dearest Gene, We will miss you so very much! You and Ev took such good care of me in 2014 and I will never forget it. We have had so many good times together, through the years, recently Bar Harbor in 2019. We had hoped to get together again in 2022. We will try to be looking after Ev, always. From the moment we met he had a gentleness and kindness about him. I know you both brought great joy and comfort to my parents and our family. I will always cherish visiting with you on my trips home over the past 12 years. We couldn’t have pulled off the surprise birthday party without your help.
