November 25, 2016 | Bob Murphy - Belmont , New Hampshire -- USA

I am so sorry to hear about Kevin's passing, my condolences to all of you. I can remember the good times at the homestead in Waltham when Kevin, Steve VonDohlen and I would be at the house and the number of good times we had together. Within the last few years and was able to connect with Kevin via email and was able to listen to his radio broadcast via the internet. It has been a long time since we graduated from High School and I can remember when he joined the Navy and I went into the Army. Kevin you will be missed by me and all of your friends take care until we meet again!!!

Gee,

How much you were loved and will be missed by so many. So many great memories. Starting with the ongoing saga of a cootie game that was taken out of your Christmas pile when you were a kid and ma finally replacing it 50 years later. When you would DJ at a party with a book of song requests that the party could of gone on for 24 hours with the amazing choices you had. We knew Hey Jude was the last song but the party still went on. How you would tell a story with such seriousness then came the punchline. You got me every time.

The most memorable is when Ma, Dad, Paul and I went to Norfolk to see you after so many months at sea. How happy and proud you were giving us a tour of the USS Harlan County.

How happy you were when you talked about your family and becoming a grandfather.

I won't forget to shout out "talking with Davy who's still in the navy and probably will be for life" when I listen to Piano Man.

Thank you for being a great brother.

September 30, 2016 | Doug Maines - Falmouth, Me -- The United States of America!!

Kevin is like a brother to me. We connected through his music, his loyalty to his country, his compassion for family and his companionship.
We would golf together, and even though neither of us are very good, we would delight when one of us hit a ball that went straight and landed in the fairway, which wasn't very often!!! And when he took the honors of a great shot, a huge smile would envelope his face and make the whole day a treasure. Then we would have a beer together to commerate our success, and tell each other stories about what a great game we had played. Life doesn't get much better than that!!!
Kevin is such a kind and gentle soul, always putting others interest's before his own. I miss him every day.

I will miss you more than I could ever say.
