Randy’s daughter Amanda “Mandy” was a good friend to me when I was in middle and high school. We lost touch after those years and I would remember going to Randy’s house a few times to visit when I drove down Robinson Ave. This obituary came up in a search result for something completely unrelated (I wasn’t even searching for a person), and I just thought I would share my condolences.
I subsequently learned of Amanda’s passing through this obituary, which devastates me. If her children ever read this, I would just like them to know that Randy was a very good man and that Amanda was SO FUNNY!
I met her through a youth group that gathered at the house next door to mine on Mallett Drive in Topsham. She invited me to join in, and i met other teens and had such a great time. We attended different schools but became good friends.
She reminded me a lot of and also loved Gwen Stefani, and was just so full of really infectious energy. She made me laugh so much. We had some good times, and though they were so long ago, I still remember the good times today. I wish I could find her obituary but I could not. If anyone has it, please find me and reach out. He's was the grand father of my 3 daughters n son with his late daufhter amanda holmes I lived with Randy between 1999-2003 he was a good man who always had his doors open for me I miss him dearly

My sister's and I grew up on the same street with Randy. He was so funny and had a beautiful smile. We were close friends and our parents lived him. He was a good dancer fun to be around and always made us laugh ! He will be in mu hearts always.. :)
