I grew up down the road from Della. She was just enough older than i that I did not know her well. Than I ran into her when she and Brian were married and we became acquainted. She always had a smile, a friendly hello and was just a pleasant lady to know. We were all fortunate to have known Della.
I remember her when she was still in nursing school, driving a VW Bug. As a child I admired her success and drive, or should I say drive and success.
Either way, she was a person to be admired at any age!
Safe travels Della, you will be missed here.
