Dear Susan, Ron and Family,

My deepest and most sincere sympathies to you all at this time. Betty was a lovely lady, full of spunk and wit, and she thought the world of you.

It was truly my privilege to get to know her and to care for her. There's a hole in my heart that she had filled, and to say that I miss her is an understatement.

I hope each day lessens your grief and that you are warmed with loving and happy memories, and in knowing how very much she loved you.
