Dwight and family, I am so sorry to hear of Laura's passing. I worked with her at MMC for many years, and she was just so wonderful, in every way. I will never forget her. Her work as a true advocate for clients was remarkable, her skill impressive, as was her generosity and warmth. When my late husband was ill, she showed up at our house with a HUGE lasagna and chocolate cake. She knew how to give of herself and make others feel loved and cared about. I am so sorry I will be out of town during the celebration of her life. But I will be holding you all in prayer, and I wish you peace. May she fly high with the angels! ~Kathy

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Laura's family. She was such a warm and caring person to everyone. Her thoughtfulness toward family and Joe was so appreciated. His cupboard at school always had some of her wonderful raspberry jam! May your wonderful memories of her fill your hearts.

To the family of Laura,
I was blessed to know and love Laura. She helped me for any years. My favorite memory, among many was when she invited me to pick raspberries in your back yard. She had an amazing gift of healing. I will always remember her wonderful smile and kind heart. The world has lost a precious soul.
God bless you all at this time. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dwight- My condolences on the passing of your wife. I had first heard about her illness in the letter you wrote in The Forecaster castigating John Balentine for his clueless comments on income. I wish you and your family the best going forward without your loved wife/mother.
