I will miss you Uncle Joe, I will miss seeing you riding your buggy around town, or playing cribbage and hoping you would win. Your in a better place now, where there is no pain or suffering, you can be now at peace and see your son that you loved so very much. My fond memory of you Joe, is you playing your cribbage games, the joy you got out of that game is remarkable. But I respect your inner strength you had when you lived independently and wheeled yourself throughout the Twin Cities, there was nothing that stood in your way. I will miss your laughter and your political views even if they were a little far to the left.
