Peter will be missed by many. Such a kind hearted soul. It is an absolute tragedy that he is gone.. I am hoping that he is finally at peace. He was a strong loving person. He deserved better.. Prayers and thoughts for all those who had the pleasure to consider him a friend or family.

I only had the privilege of knowing Peter for a few months. The interaction we had was positive and enjoyable. On good days, we fly the flag Peter gave me - with honor, remembering him and the many others who served (and serve) our country. He will be missed because he truly cared for others. No, he didn't always know, or understand, how to care, but he cared. We can all learn from his example.

I knew Peter from the time he was a small child as a classmate of my son's throughout his school years. He was also a dear friend of my daughter's. I had him in Cub Scouts as well. He was a beautiful, sensitive soul and grew into an amazing young man. His presence will be greatly missed for his humor and light. My heart and prayers are with all of his family and friends.
