Devastated when I heard this news. My 2nd cousin who the last several years has helped me with my genealogy research. I regret not getting up to Maine to speak with her in person. I loved her sense of humor. She will be missed.

My sincere condolences to your family. My kids grew up and went thru school with Karen's kids and she was always there at every event and lending a helping hand! She made equipment bags for the softball team to carry the bats,etc. I'll always remember her with a smile and how involved she was in everything. She will truly be missed. May your memories carry you thru the dark times and bring a smile to your face. She would want that. Rest in peace Karen.

We will always remember Karen’s quick wit, dry sense of humor, extraordinary generosity, willingness to help, and her unending love of family and a good joke. Loved her dearly and sincerely miss her.
