It is with the greatest of sadness that I write these words to express my heartfelt condolences on Lisa's passing. It was my privilege to meet Lisa years ago during an interview we had for a position with my bank. I will never forget her kindness, bright intellect, quick wit and caring demeanor. She seemed like a life long friend from the moment we met and I am so saddened by her passing. "Lisa Bisa" was a special, special lady and she will be greatly missed.

October 26, 2015 | Rhonda Walker - Dallas, TX -- United States

Lisa, you are a beautiful lady. You were always smiling and never showed that anything was bothering you. You had a wonderful smile everyday you came into work. You loved life and sharing your love of God. I enjoyed very much sharing each day with you the word of God. You were bright, colorful and loved to be out in the sunshine. This is how I will always remember you. May God have mercy on your soul and bless you. Until we meet again, your friend always, Rhonda.

Lisa, you are always in my heart. Our time together was short but very impactful. Together we grew leaps and bounds through our spiritual journey. I wish we had more time to discover the infinite possibilities of this world. But it seems as though it will have to wait until we meet again on the other side. I love you. Be at peace sweet angel.

Lisa was the sunshine on a cloudy day. She always saw the best in people. She stuck out but in fabulous ways, and everybody was a friend. I knew her for a short time in high school maybe 2004-2005?ish.she was older, I'm younger. We were in girlscouts together (Via Ann Baker). She always had the best ideas and was so loving. Even in the hardest times she always looked at things positively. I can't believe she's already done traveling. But to the stars os a great destination (: ♡ Peace. And my prayers and love to jer friends and family. This is hard bit she would want us to be happy! :/ ♡

Lisa Risa Chan, you are my favorite wasian. I have always called you that and always will. I continue to be at a lost for words because I am still in shock. I think of you constantly. Everyone sincerely loves you. How could they not? You are Lisa! You are energetic, outgoing, full of life and were always so quirky and sassy. I feel like writing this means nothing because I am not telling YOU all of this. My heart hurts. I love you and miss you everyday.

October 24, 2015 | Andrea (Andi) Bernier - Bowdoin, Maine -- USA

I will always remember Lisa as a bright, thoughtful, beautiful and creative young lady who loved to live in the moment. I am so happy to have been blessed to know her. I will miss the group dinners we would have when she was in town and exchanging e mails during our Birthday month.....Lisa NEVER missed a birthday! To Lisa's family and close friends, you all will be in my thoughts and prayers as will she. I know we were all better for having known her.

You my friend, must have a very special place in Heaven. Although it's hard for us to understand why here on earth, God must have the biggest plans for you in his Kingdom. October 23, 2015 | Alexis Ortiz - Wellesley , MA -- USA

Lisa,
It seems like yesterday that you and I were chatting on Facebook about the power of positivity and prayer, and loving ourselves first before anything else.
You were one of the most beautiful spirits that I've ever met - your smile lit up the room the minute you entered.
The second I heard you were missing, I couldn't believe it. Time stopped. I prayed and prayed for your well being - hoping you had broken a leg and we're waiting for someone to find you.
Hearing the news that you were found completely muted my senses. The beautiful spirit is now just that.
May you rest in peace. You are loved. Forever.

October 23, 2015 | Langley Yard - Tucson, Az -- USA

Lisa, I've shared this already but you were one of my diamonds, the girls that were my rocks through high school. You wanted to play a sport, and I could not be happier that you chose my team to be a part of. We didn't know it at the time when that team started, but we needed your spirit, your undying creativity and positivity, and your willingness to jump in head first, without fear. Thank you for being a part of my life, a part of some of my favorite memories, thank you for being you. I love you and miss you.

October 23, 2015 | Libby Reynolds Fournier - Sierra Vista, AZ -- USA

My life has been forever changed by the grace of yours. Lisa you were a light shining for all to see. I will always be thankful for your kindness, caring, wonderful and beautiful soul. You made a difference in all the lives you touched. I hope when you visited Oklahoma that you had fried okra, fried potatoes, red beans and all the other foods we talked about! I am going to miss you! My thoughts and prayers are going out to all of your friends and loved ones.

October 23, 2015 | Jessica Schneckloth - Apex, North Carolina -- United States

I am at a loss for words. Lisa was a wonderful person. The last time I saw her we were celebrating our mutual friend's birthday. We sat side by side while our nails dried after being treated to mani-pedis. We sat oceanside and enjoyed some girl-talk. I will forever fondly remember that afternoon and Lisa. My condolences to her friends and family.

October 23, 2015 | Megan Smith-Pinkham - Lisbon, ME -- USA

Lisa was such a wonderful person! My life was better because of her and I will cherish all the memories we made. She lit up any room. I'm having a very hard time wrapping my mind around all this, and I'm not sure the reality has set in. My heart breaks for her family and there are no words of condolence that can take away this kind of pain. The only comfort is in knowing that she is wrapped safely in our Savior's arms. I pray God provides comfort and peace that passes understanding for all of you!

October 23, 2015 | Janessa Williams - Phippsburg , Maine -- USA

Lisa you were loved by so many and we will miss you like crazy! I will miss your funny voicemails and emails. I know you are up above watching over all of us. I am so glad to have had you as a friend! Love you girl!

October 23, 2015 | Tiffany Smith - Grand Prairie, Texas -- United States

You were such a ray of sunshine and will be deeply missed.

October 23, 2015 | AL Arsenault - Westbrook, ME -- USA

I could tell you so many wonderful stories about this girl, Lisa was one of my very best friends, my room mate for a short while but most importantly, she was my family. I knew her for 10+ years and my family and I admired her so much, they always loved it when she visited my parents house in Mexico and her, my brother and I had countless wonderful times with her, she had an infectious laugh that was one of a kind and a personality that lit up the room. I will cherish my time with her always and have so many wonderful memories of her. She may have traveled and lived in many places in this world but she will always be home in Maine and in our hearts. I love you Lisa Marie Cox and I will never forget you.
