Bill was my best friend since junior high.i will miss him dearly. He always had a joke to brighten my day whether it was about the pig with three wooden legs. My cousin, Billy, was one-of-a-kind. He always knew what to say to make others laugh and his humor was healing to others. His love of God and family is a true testament and legacy that he will leave behind for others to pick up the torch. Rest in peace, Billy, in God's kingdom...you are loved and missed. And give my dad a big hug with lots of laughter...

February 13, 2013 | Jess (Foster) Parker - Hebron, Maine -- USA

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Billy was one of the good guys, he always had a smile on his face with a joke not to long after he greeted you (unless he greeted you with the joke). He will be missed greatly as he touched the lives of anyone he came into contact with. When we look at the night sky we will see a new star twinkling brightly.
