To the family, I just read about your baby girl. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. In God's promised new world, tears will be placed with joy when your Ariana and others are welcomed back to life. For now Ariana is safe and secure in God's memory until she wakes up again. Matthew 9:24-25.Revelation 21:3-

Our wonderful little Ariana...it is so hard to let you go. You will always be in our hearts, we love you so. Our time together was all too brief, but we know we will spend eternity with you in heaven and can talk about so many things then. I will never be the same since I held you in my arms and gave you my heart. Love always,
Grammie.

“I’ll lend you for a little time a child of mine,” He said,
“For you to love the while she lives, and mourn when she is dead.
It may be six or seven years or twenty two or three,
But will you, till I call her back take care of her for me?
She’ll bring her charms to gladden you & though her stay be brief
You’ll have some lovely memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise she will stay, since all the earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn.
I have looked the world-wide over in my search for teachers true,
And from the throngs that crowd life’s lane, I have selected you.
Now will you give her all your love nor think the labor vain,
Nor hate me when I come to call to take her back again?”
We fancied that we heard them say, “Dear Lord, Thy will be done!
For all the joy Thy child will bring, the risk of grief we run.
We will shelter her with tenderness; we will love her while we may –
And for the happiness we have now forever grateful stay.
And shall the angels call for her much sooner than we planned,
We will brave the bitter grief that comes and try to understand.”

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5&6
This was sent to us when our 3 month old daughter died in 1969 (crib death, now referred to as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I hope it will be a source of comfort to you as it has been to us.
